Help and account requests
CardRaven Support
If CardRaven is not working as expected, use the recovery steps below first. If the problem continues, contact support with enough detail to reproduce it. Never send passwords, one-time codes, sign-in links, session tokens, API keys, or other credentials.

Quick recovery
Sign-in trouble
Return to the CardRaven sign-in page and try the sign-in flow again. If it still fails, report the visible error, the approximate time, and your device/browser. Do not send the one-time code or OAuth callback link.
Collection did not save
Check the collection sync status shown in CardRaven. If it reports a failure or conflict, do not clear browser/site storage while the issue is unresolved. Include the last collection action you took when contacting support.
Search or pricing looks wrong
Include the card name, set, collector number, language, selected finish/printing, and any filters you used. Exact vintage printings are priced independently, so an unavailable price can be correct when that exact printing has no current market price.
Scanner did not identify the card
Use manual card search as the recovery path. If you report the scan, include the card name/set/number and what happened. Do not send a card photo unless support specifically asks for one and you agree to share it.
Request account deletion
This is the public account-deletion resource for the CardRaven Pokémon card collection app.
How to delete your account
- If you can sign in, open the Account menu, expand Delete account, type DELETE, and choose Delete account permanently.
- If you cannot sign in or no longer have the app installed, contact CardRaven support above from the address associated with your account when possible. Ask for permanent account deletion; support will verify the request before completing it.
Email an account deletion request with the subject CardRaven account deletion request.
What deletion removes
Completed deletion permanently removes the CardRaven authentication identity, active sessions, beta enrollment, collection lists, inventory, saved challenges and requirements, account preferences, administrative access if applicable, collection revision state, and account-linked product events.
What deletion does not remove
Browser-local evaluation photos and learned match examples are not stored with the account and cannot be deleted from another device. Remove them from the image-assisted search controls or clear CardRaven site data in every browser where you saved them.
Short-lived abuse-prevention counters contain one-way hashes and expiration times—not email addresses, IP addresses, collection data, or account content. Each counter stops affecting requests no later than one hour after creation. After that, its stale hash may remain until a later rate-limited request runs cleanup; it cannot restore an account or reveal account content.
Deletion timing
Signed-in deletion permanently removes account-owned server data as soon as the request succeeds. A support-assisted request keeps account data only until identity verification and deletion are complete; support will confirm completion. Account deletion cannot be undone.
For more detail about data handling, read the Privacy notice.
What to include in a report
Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened instead, the approximate date/time and time zone, your device/browser, and the exact visible error text when available. A screenshot is useful only when it does not expose credentials or other sensitive information.
